Some of these tasks are straight forward and easy to learn. However, some of the other tasks definitely take a special set of skills.
Not everyone can just throw together an effective email campaign, which helps convert leads into customers. Nor does everyone know how to do social media management effectively.

How much Do Real Estate VA’s Make?
According to Pro REA staffing, the average salary for the Real Estate Assistants that they placed made an average of $60,000 a year.
Of course, there are some things she mentions that could affect that salary price, like the cost of living in your area and the level of the real estate agency you are working with.

I’m also going to note that I’m pretty sure this agency is for placing assistants in physical locations, so these numbers may differ from Virtual Assistants.
What Should You Charge as a Virtual Assistant
Once you know how to perform the skills we talked about above well, you’ll be able to charge a higher price for your services.
Virtual assistants can make anywhere between $25-$100 an hour.
Of course, what you can charge is totally dependant on the value you bring. I can’t imagine a real estate agent willingly paying their VA $100 an hour for simple transaction coordination.
But this is why you learn to do the higher value skills and market yourself to people who know what those services are worth.

Once you’re in the industry, it becomes more intuitive to know what skills you should be focusing on, especially as a freelance virtual assistant.

Then learn to market yourself well. This will help you find your first client as a VA.
